Privacy Policy – FSHV App

1. Introduction

FSHV App (“we”, “us”, “our”) is the mobile application for volleyball information and content related to the Albanian Volleyball Federation (FSHV).

The app primarily displays web content inside an in-app browser (WebView). This Privacy Policy explains what data the app itself does and does not collect, and how third-party web platforms shown inside the WebView may process data under their own privacy policies. By using this App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Data Collected by the App

The application itself does not collect, store, or process personal user data, and it does not require user accounts or login.

We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, payment information, identity documents, or precise GPS location.

2.2 Data Collected by Third-Party Web Platforms Shown in WebView

The app displays content from third-party web platforms inside WebView, including:

These third-party platforms may automatically collect technical data such as IP address, device and browser information, cookies, and usage data (analytics) in accordance with their own privacy policies. The app does not have access to, and does not control, such data collection by third parties.

5.1 DataProject (match data / competition pages)

The app displays match results and statistics through the DataProject web platform: https://fshv-web.dataproject.com/MainHome.aspx
DataProject may use cookies and server logs and may collect technical usage data according to its own policies. The app does not control DataProject’s data practices.

5.2 YouTube (LiveStream / video)

Video content may be provided through YouTube pages embedded in WebView. YouTube may collect data and use cookies according to Google’s Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy

6. Data Security

The app does not store personal user data. We apply standard security measures for the application code and configuration. Please note that third-party web platforms shown in WebView apply their own security practices.

7. Children’s Privacy

The app does not collect personal data and can be used by a general audience. However, third-party services such as YouTube may have their own age-related rules and data practices. Parents/guardians should review the policies of those services.

1. Hyrje

FSHV App (“ne”, “na”, “jonë”) është aplikacioni mobil për informacion dhe përmbajtje të lidhur me Federatën Shqiptare të Volejbollit (FSHV).

Aplikacioni shfaq kryesisht përmbajtje web brenda një shfletuesi të integruar (WebView). Kjo Politikë Privatësie shpjegon çfarë të dhënash mbledh ose nuk mbledh vetë aplikacioni dhe si platformat web të palëve të treta që shfaqen brenda WebView mund të përpunojnë të dhëna sipas politikave të tyre të privatësisë. Duke përdorur aplikacionin, ju pranoni praktikat e përshkruara në këtë politikë.

2. Çfarë Informacionesh Mbledhim

2.1 Të dhënat që mblidhen nga aplikacioni

Vetë aplikacioni nuk mbledh, nuk ruan dhe nuk përpunon të dhëna personale të përdoruesve dhe nuk kërkon krijimin e llogarive apo login.

Ne nuk mbledhim emër/mbiemër, email, numër telefoni, të dhëna pagese, dokumente identifikimi ose vendndodhje të saktë GPS.

2.2 Të dhëna që mund të mblidhen nga platformat web të palëve të treta brenda WebView

Aplikacioni shfaq përmbajtje nga platforma web të palëve të treta brenda WebView, duke përfshirë:

Këto platforma mund të mbledhin automatikisht të dhëna teknike si adresa IP, informacione për pajisjen dhe shfletuesin, cookies dhe të dhëna përdorimi (analytics) sipas politikave të tyre të privatësisë. Aplikacioni nuk ka akses dhe nuk kontrollon mënyrën se si palët e treta i mbledhin ose i përdorin këto të dhëna.

3. Të Dhënat Që Nuk Mblidhen

Aplikacioni FSHV nuk kërkon dhe nuk ruan:

4. Si i Përdorim Informacionet

Meqë vetë aplikacioni nuk mbledh ose ruan të dhëna personale, ne nuk përdorim të dhëna personale për marketing, profilizim apo identifikim përdoruesish. Çdo përpunim i mundshëm i të dhënave ndodh brenda platformave web të palëve të treta të shfaqura në WebView dhe rregullohet nga politikat e tyre të privatësisë.

5. Shërbime të Palëve të Treta

5.1 DataProject (të dhëna ndeshjesh / faqe garash)

DataProject mund të përdorë cookies dhe server logs dhe mund të mbledhë të dhëna teknike përdorimi sipas politikave të veta. Aplikacioni nuk kontrollon praktikat e të dhënave të DataProject.

5.2 YouTube (LiveStream / video)

Përmbajtja video mund të ofrohet përmes faqeve YouTube të integruara brenda WebView. YouTube mund të mbledhë të dhëna dhe të përdorë cookies sipas Politikës së Privatësisë së Google: https://policies.google.com/privacy

6. Siguria e të Dhënave

Aplikacioni nuk ruan të dhëna personale të përdoruesve. Ne përdorim masa standarde sigurie për kodin dhe konfigurimin e aplikacionit. Platformat web të palëve të treta të shfaqura në WebView aplikojnë praktikat e tyre të sigurisë.

7. Privatësia e Fëmijëve

Aplikacioni nuk mbledh të dhëna personale dhe mund të përdoret nga audiencë e gjerë. Megjithatë, shërbime të jashtme si YouTube mund të kenë rregullat dhe praktikat e tyre për moshat. Prindërit/kujdestarët duhet të shqyrtojnë politikat e këtyre shërbimeve.

8. Lidhje të Jashtme

Aplikacioni mund të përmbajë lidhje drejt faqeve dhe shërbimeve të palëve të treta (p.sh. DataProject, YouTube). Ne nuk jemi përgjegjës për politikat e privatësisë së këtyre faqeve/shërbimeve.

9. Ndryshime në Këtë Politikë Privatësie

Politika mund të përditësohet herë pas here. Data e përditësimit do të shënohet në krye të faqes.
